Everything on file about you fits in one line: where to reach you, an irreversible hash of your password, and what you have bought. No legal name, no document, no personal number, no card.

1 The complete inventory #

What follows is exhaustive. There is no second database and no quiet supplementary record.

  • The address you signed up with — the account’s only identifier, and the only channel through which a password can be reset.
  • A one-way hash of the password. The password itself is never written down and cannot be reconstructed from what is stored.
  • The balance figure and every movement behind it: credits added, orders paid, amounts returned.
  • Order history — the service requested, the country chosen, the line allocated, and the timestamp.
  • Payment history — the sum, the coin, the deposit address generated for you, and the transaction that settled against it.
  • The text of messages delivered to your lines, for as long as the order remains open.
  • Anything you write to support, filed against the account so that a follow-up question does not start from nothing.
  • Routine server logs, IP addresses included, retained briefly to keep the platform standing and to blunt abuse.

2 Categories we decline to hold #

  • Your name. No form on this site has a field for it.
  • Identity papers, portraits, selfies. There is no verification step here, by design.
  • A personal mobile number belonging to you.
  • Card or bank credentials. Funding is in cryptocurrency through a payment orchestrator, and no card is ever presented to us.
  • Any knowledge of what the accounts you verify are subsequently used for.

3 How long each of those survives #

Message text is displayed while the order is live and cleared shortly after it closes. Nothing is archived elsewhere.

Order and payment lines persist while the account does, for the plain reason that they are the evidence of what you paid for and the basis on which anything is ever returned.

Server logs age out after a short retention window and are then discarded.

Closing an account deletes the account and the personal data attached to it. Transaction records stripped of anything identifying may remain where retention is imposed on us.

4 The grounds we rely on #

To deliver what you asked for. A balance cannot exist and a code cannot be shown without an account behind them; that is contractual performance and nothing more.

To keep the platform usable: request ceilings, robot filtering, short-lived logs. That is a legitimate interest in a service that still works tomorrow.

To satisfy obligations the law places on us directly.

5 Who receives any of it #

A very short list, and never in exchange for money — nothing here is sold and no advertising runs on this site.

  • The payment orchestrator that issues deposit addresses and confirms settlement. It handles a sum and a coin; your identity is not part of what it sees.
  • The carriers and aggregators that supply the lines. They necessarily see the number itself. They do not see the account it was allocated to.
  • The hosting and transit providers that carry the traffic.
  • A public authority, in the specific case of a valid request we are legally bound to answer.

6 What the browser stores #

Two cookies, and both are yours. One carries your session so that a page refresh does not sign you out; the other remembers whether you asked for the light or the dark rendering. One is strictly necessary, the other results from a click you made.

No advertising cookie, no analytics cookie, no third-party beacon is set anywhere on this domain. That is the entire reason you were never shown a consent wall — there is nothing here to consent to.

Sign-in is protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, chosen precisely because it establishes that a human is present without building a profile of that human.

7 Exercising your rights #

Most of the file is already open to you from inside the account: the address under Settings, the balance and every movement on the balance page, your correspondence in the chat thread.

For the rest — an export, a correction, an erasure — write in live chat. The answer comes back in the same thread.

An erasure request removes the account. Spend the balance before you send it; credit is not paid out under any circumstances.

8 Reaching us on this subject #

Live chat is the direct electronic contact route for the service, privacy included. Because the thread is bound to your account, a request identifies itself and you are spared having to prove who you are by some other means.

The other documents

The four are written to be read together: the terms set the agreement, and the other three say what becomes of your data, your credit and your account.
